Nature and Nurture
At Egham Park School, supporting pupils’ emotional wellbeing, engagement, and sense of belonging is at the heart of everything we do.
Our school allotment provides learners with regular hands-on opportunities to develop responsibility, patience, teamwork, and practical life skills in a calm and purposeful environment where they can experience success and build confidence.
Environmental Learning to All
We are proud to actively promote environmental learning across the school through initiatives such as the Woodland Trust Green Tree Schools Award, and the RHS School Gardening Awards
These programmes help us embed nature-based learning throughout the curriculum while encouraging pupils to take ownership of their environment and develop a sense of achievement.
By continuing to enhance biodiversity within our school grounds and expand opportunities for outdoor learning, we aim to create a safe, nurturing environment where all learners can thrive while developing respect for the natural world alongside improved wellbeing and valuable life skills.
